Our Inspection Process
Greene Home Inspections provides a multi-point inspection of properties and follows or exceeds the Maryland Standards of Practice. A home inspection is intended to provide the client an overview of the condition of the property and to list visible defects found during the inspection. The main focus of our inspections are to inform the client of any unsafe conditions with the property, of any defects which exist at the time of the inspection, and of the potential for future problems which may arise if any defects are not repaired or replaced. Inspection appointments are often available the same / next day and on weekends.
Clients are invited to join the inspector during this process if they wish; however that is not a requirement and if the client chooses not to be present, the inspector will provide a verbal summary at the conclusion, followed by a written digital report, delivered within 24 hours of the inspection. After the report has been delivered, the inspectors contact information will be provided to the client if there are any follow-up questions about the report.
